Information we use

Consultations and enquiries

When you send the website contact form or book a meeting, we may receive your name, contact details, organisation, role, availability and information you provide about your product programme. If you opt in to SMS reminders in Calendly, we may also process your phone number for meeting confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. We use this information to arrange the meeting, respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant technical and commercial discussions and manage any resulting business relationship.

We process this information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and, where applicable, for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing customer relationships. SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to book a consultation.

Service providers

Contact form, Calendly and website hosting

Website enquiries are delivered by email via FormSubmit to info@active-esl.com. FormSubmit processes the form submission under its own privacy terms so the message can reach us. Consultation buttons open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly processes booking information—and, where you opt in, SMS notifications—under its own privacy terms. Our website host may process routine technical request logs for security and reliable service operation. We do not currently use first-party website analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and meeting information only for as long as it is needed to handle your request, manage the relevant business relationship and meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Access and control

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
